From all the living spaces and two of the bedrooms one can see both Puget Sound and Mt. Rainier in all it's glory. Watch the sun rise over Vashon Island in the morning and the sun set light up the sky in the evening. Recently remodeled home has a mostly open layout, SmartTV, wifi, fully stocked kitchen with all the usual kitchen amenities (separate freezer in laundry room), expandable dining room table, several musical instruments, wood stove, deck with all the views for al fresco dining, covered back deck for the bbq and meat smoker, full laundry room, lockable wraparound porch. Open, grassy, level property features several lawn games (slack line, cornhole, bocce, etc.), many fruit trees (plum, apple, peach), raspberries, two options for fire pits and a sometimes growing garden. Eat breakfast on the deck in the morning, hike at one of our many state parks, take your water crafts to the boat landing and lagoon just down the road or the fresh water of Crescent Lake 2 miles south for hours of water play. Grab a wood-fired pizza at the newly opened Olalla Bay Market and a bottle of wine at the Olalla Winery, then enjoy a roaring bonfire as the sun goes down. Keep the binoculars close for the occasional spotting of whales and eagles and tugboats. House is accessible by a flight of stairs only.
