There are 2 pull out queen couches in the living room, and a queen bed in each of the bedrooms. There is also a pull out sofa bed that can be set up in the master bedroom. Although the home is beautiful, the outside view is even more breathtaking. Kayaks and a pedal boat are provided for you to enjoy the lake. Bring your own boat and launch it at the public boat launch. You can park your boats or jet ski right on the dock. Charlie's Cabin is also available for events for up to 40 people, including small weddings. Events and weddings are a $5250 flat fee that includes 2 nights stay for up to 2 people, table / chairs / linens for up to 40 people. Events also require a $1000 refundable deductible and a $500 turnover fee. One day rentals are available for groups as well (lake play, business meetings). Prices vary depending on use and amount of people.
