Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location is top notch! Right in front of the lake, next to a nice coffee shop, views are amazing!

Negative: No hot water, no lights in the toilet so it gets dark at night, parts of the zipper on the tent was a broken and couldn't not be fixed. However, very recommended if for short stay and you just wanna see the sunrise or rest after hiking the mountains around the area.
