The heart of the home is the expansive Great Room, featuring a cozy living area with a gas stove, a spacious dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The ground floor features three comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom. On the top level, just off the Great Room, you’ll find the private primary bedroom with adjoining access to the home’s second full bathroom.

Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains. Four-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are typically well-plowed, many residential areas require traveling over steep hills and dirt roads that may not be maintained as frequently. Chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not recommend driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel-drive vehicle unless you are comfortable installing chains yourself. *Weather and driving conditions can change rapidly. We are unable to provide refunds related to weather or road conditions, so please plan accordingly.
