The Space:
Nouvelle-Angleterre is a charming country house located directly on the shores of Lake Pohénégamook. With its private beach and dock, it offers a peaceful and exclusive setting. The contemporary interior, flooded with natural light thanks to large windows, can accommodate up to 11 people and provides a spectacular view of the lake.
The chalet is fully equipped to meet your needs. Just bring your clothes and food. Designed with families in mind, it includes a baby playpen, a high chair, a baby bathtub and crib, a booster seat, and a stroller.
On the main floor, you will find a master bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom featuring a clawfoot tub and a large glass shower. There is also a powder room near the entrance, a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and Nespresso coffee maker, a dining area that seats eight, a breakfast nook for four, and a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, smart TV, DVD player, and Bluetooth speaker.
The upper floor includes two bedrooms with queen beds, a bathroom with a bathtub-shower combo, and a reading nook with a loveseat.
The basement offers a family bedroom with a queen bed, a single bed, and a bunk bed, as well as a queen murphy bed. There is also a powder room, a washer and dryer, and a game room with a pool table, ping-pong, and foosball.

Reservations are available for guests aged 28 and over. Minimum stays are three nights during holidays and long weekends and seven nights in the summer, with variations depending on availability. Arrivals are not permitted on December 25 or January 1.
