With 3600 sq ft you can play games, watch movies, bake, go for walks on the beach.
This is a four level home with water views on every floor. There is immediate no bank beach access on private tideland. Whales, dolphins, seals, salmon etc. frequent the area and you will see a sunset every night.
There are two queen beds, a full bed, a twin bed, a crib and a bassinet available.
The bedroom on the ground floor is a queen bed with its own bathroom and double shower.
The primary bedroom on 3rd floor has a French Door Deck and private bathroom, shower and clawfoot tub.
The other bedroom has a twin bed full on bottom twin on top and comes with its own 60 inch TV.
Attached is another bathroom with shower.
Above is a gameroom with additional sleeping option. There are water views from every level.
Kitchen and Dining level also has a powder and laundry room.
This home is 2 minute walk to Boston Harbor Marina and we will work with you on accommodation if it's a special occasion.
Flowers are available on request.
Linens and towels can be based on child or adult.
We do have air conditioning and heating on all floors.
The outdoor is fully furnished with a deck and lower level, cabana, lounge chairs, ample seating and beach chairs.
Lawn games and water sport gear available year round.
