FLOOR-BY-FLOOR DESCRIPTION
Main Level: The entry level features a fully renovated and stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar for four and dual coffee makers (Slow-drip and Keurig). The spacious living room includes a large sectional sofa and Roku TV with YouTube TV for your streaming needs. Indoor dining for four can be expanded to eight using additional seating from the back porch. Enjoy the coastal breeze from either the front or back screened-in porches, or use the convenient half-bath located on this level.
Second Floor: The upper level houses the sleeping quarters, including a Primary Suite with a King bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is versatile, featuring two XL Twin beds and an extended living space with a Queen futon. A shared hallway bathroom with a shower serves the second bedroom and additional guests.

LINEN PACKAGE
1st Choice Properties provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; kitchen towels and bathmats for all full bathrooms. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
STARTER KIT
1st Choice Properties also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.
MISCELLANEOUS
-The maximum occupancy is 6 people.

-Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from 1st Choice Properties is considered unlawful trespassing. 1st Choice Properties will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.
