This split-level home has 3 bedrooms on the main floor, a bathroom featuring a clawfoot tub/shower that connects to 2 of the bedrooms, a cozy living area with a gas fireplace, a huge kitchen with an island for added prep space, a breakfast nook with a dinette set.
The downstairs boasts an additional bedroom with an ensuite bathroom that has a stand up shower. Additionally, there is a bonus TV room with a giant sectional sofa, a kitchenette with amenities (mini-fridge, coffee maker, sink, counter space, glassware, toaster and it's own set of dishes), a fully equipped office area with a desktop and office supplies, along with a separate, private entrance. This space is perfect for folks traveling together who want a bit more separation and privacy while maintaining the convenience of a shared space.
The backyard offers a darling seating area and the front of the house has a couple of cozy chairs and a small table so you can watch the world go by from up high under the eaves of your own private covered porch. Our two covered porches will provide a peaceful place to enjoy all the varying weather that Portland brings and our gas fireplace will keep you warm and cozy during our colder seasons.
This home is set in the quiet and beautiful Woodlawn neighborhood where you will have access to all of the quaint eateries and breweries of Dekum St. Two beautiful parks are within easy walking distance and Alberta and MLK not too far away.
Plenty of parking in the long driveway and always free street parking to be found!

Our homes are equipped with a starter supply of household and bathroom items including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. These supplies are intended to get your stay off to an easy start, but we do not restock items during a guest’s stay. If something is missing upon your arrival, we are happy to remedy that though!
You will have full and private access to the entire home minus a couple of storage closets and outdoor storage spaces. There is plenty of parking in the long driveway and always free street parking to be found!

Dekum/Woodlawn area offers old growth trees, clean, safe and well-lit streets, as well as eateries and breweries only mere blocks away. You are also located within 1 mile from the colorful and vibrant Alberta Arts District, with it's plethora of fun boutiques, bars, restaurants and other family entertainment, as well as the beautiful and friendly Cully neighborhood with it's food carts, outdoor/indoor eateries, beautiful Fernhill Park and much more!
St. John's is only a hop, skip and a jump away, as is Forest Park for epic views and winding hiking trails.
Lastly, you are just minutes to the Airport, as well as Vancouver, WA.
Uber/Lyft are readily available.

1 - Please remove your shoes when indoors.
2 - Smoking tobacco or marijuana is strictly prohibited
3 - Events and/or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in additional fines and immediate eviction.
4 - Quiet hours are in effect from 10pm - 8am. Please also be mindful of the neighbors outside of these times.

5 - If using street parking, please consider the neighbors and park near the home, if possible.
6 - The number of guests on your reservation should reflect the number of guests staying in the home. Message us if this needs to be updated.
7 - Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home. Should you choose to have a package delivered anyway, Descansa Property Management is not responsible for lost or misplaced packages. We will not be available to help locate in the event of either.
8 - Spring through Fall is sugar ant season throughout the Pacific Northwest. Please store items accordingly and clean thoroughly after cooking and eating. Dispose of food waste promptly.
9 - Items left behind can be shipped to you at the cost of shipping + a $30 processing fee.
10 - Excess cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee.
11 - Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine.
