Outdoor features a large boat/swimming dock, three decks, new hardscape, and SoloStove firepit area. The upper deck is set up for outdoor entertaining and family gatherings, with a dining table, Weber gas grill, and a large electric retractable awning. The lower deck is about relaxation, featuring a large outdoor deep-sectional and propane fire table. The upper side deck is furnished with a bistro table, perfect for your morning coffee. The firepit area is equipped with overhead accent lights, a Yukon SoloStove for “smoke-free” enjoyment, and 8 Adirondack chairs.
Tired of using a mooring when staying on Sebago? Concerned your boat is going to get wrecked every time wind picks up? We get it!! The dock at Bully’s Landing is located in a protected inlet, keeping your boat safe, convenient boarding with all the other benefits of direct waterfront property, including swimming. If you want to spend the day at the beach, Tassel Top Beach is a short 3min car ride.
The interior is newly remodeled & updated with modern features but preserving lakehouse charm. Updates include new appliances, HVAC, furniture, window treatments, blackout blinds in all bedrooms, high-speed mesh WiFi, Amazon TV’s, plenty of board games / inside activities & much more.
The second level boasts a large “great room” equipped with zoned HVAC, Sonos Move speaker, a wood-burning fireplace, brand new sofa, love seat and large dining table with seating for 10, a fully stocked kitchen, 65” Samsung Frame TV (over the fireplace), “Master Suite” with hybrid cool feel King bed, TV, and zoned HVAC, “Guest Room” with a cool feel queen bed, TV and zoned HVAC, and remodeled bathroom with a shower / full tub and stacked washer/dryer.
Ground-level offers a game room with a shuffleboard table, a large sectional couch, 65” Samsung TV, Sonos Five speaker, “Kids Room” with twin bunkbed and pack and play *Note Kids Room does not have windows*, and “Bunk Room” with a cool feel queen bed and twin bunk bed. The newly remodeled bathroom features a standup rain head shower and full washer & dryer. There is an enclosed screen porch with a water rowing machine and TRX exercise system off the game room.
There is a two-car garage with an indoor ping pong table, several yard games, 4x stand-up paddleboards, 4x kayaks, and a huge driveway with plenty of parking.
The dock is directly on property and is over 40' long. Docks are removed seasonally due to lake freezing/water levels. Generally from 10/1 - 5/31.

If booking more than 11 months in advance, please inquire before instant booking. Approval of rates and availability is required for all bookings 11 months or more in advance.
Use of dock, swimming, canoe, kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards are at the sole risk of the renter. All guests must use lifejackets, some may be provided, but sizes and quality are not guaranteed.
Exterior cameras are on property; they record both video and sound.
If guests plan on using indoor fireplace or stove, they must reach out to the host to ensure proper use.
The number of overnight guests is limited to the amount requested when booked.
No pets are allowed without approval. An additional cleaning fee may apply.
Absolutely no events or parties are allowed on the property.
The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. The primary renter must be present at all times. Two Week minimum, monthly discounts for off-season available.
