Summary: When booked they offer so many complementary stuff like airport shuttle, breakfast in the pool, Balinese photo shot, welcome massage but didn’t get any single service and when asked they said you can get only if you give 5 star rating which I declined to give misguided review for free stuff. Review should be our choice not forced anyways while taking shower water stopped, giant ants everywhere. Food was just mid overall not a good experience. Keep in mind there is noting nearby to walk and eat except in room service and menu has all Indian dishes.
