Summary: It's basic but it works and is pleasant enough. Next to the freeway which is noisy, but I slept fine. You can walk on foot to or from the TBS station (buses, metro, KLIA express). From the hotel you have to cross just north east of the Shell petrol station. From the other side you go through the 2nd floor of the KK building. It's not hard to figure out, you can get on foot through the freeway.
