Positive: A beautiful secluded resort. Quiet, relaxed and attended to by warm and friendly staff. If you want to completely decompress and relax, The Alena Resort is for you. Their restaurant is actually price competitive for the quality of food. I highly recommend their dinner menu and they also have a special menu on certain nights, the staff will be sure to inform you. I also highly recommend the hotel's day tours. Their drivers (ours was Gusti) are highly knowledgeable about culture and local customs. Great conversations at each location for the Kintamani tour we did.

Negative: Nothing. Everything was very well done. If you have any issues the staff will be more than happy to accommodate.
