The lower level of the home contains three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an additional living room. Three of the rooms on this level have sliding glass doors that open to the backyard. The upper half-story contains two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Inside this two and a half story home, high ceilings and an open floor plan highlight the spacious interior. Terraces across the entire water side of the home, including a private one off the primary suite, allow for relaxing and taking in the view.

Please note during the summer season late June - August this rental requires a seven night minimum. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 on Saturday and check-out is no later than 10:00 the following Saturday. All properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized between stays. A linen package is included with the rental, this included commercially laundered linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, bath mat and kitchen towels. Please note that linens are rented on a weekly basis and multiple week rentals will incur additional costs. Beach towels are not included, tenants will need to bring their own.
