This chic, easy living 5 bedroom, 5 bath house off Bluff Road, South of the Highway, is a hop, skip and a jump from the village and the sea and a perfect place to chill. Spacious, sunny living room and dining area, with sliders opening to barbecue and outdoor dining. Multi-level layout (plus basement) includes a media room with a flat screen TV, 2 bedrooms on first and second levels and master suite on top level with its own rooftop deck and ocean view. Loads of lawn and shade, with outdoor shower, a 20' x 50' gunnite pool and patio, hammock, outdoor ping pong and room for more playing or relaxation. House always kept in tip top shape by great landlords.
