South-facing dining room is open to the kitchen and living room and features a bar area with beverage fridge. The spacious and high-ceilinged living room boasts a new-in-2025 oversized sectional and ottoman, smart TV with HDMI cord ready to connect to your laptop, and French doors to the south-facing patio. The dedicated corner office on the main floor has a large desk with Mac/PC compatible external monitor, printer, and basic office supplies, as well as a piano. The large entry area has baskets to discreetly store shoes and a coat closet where you will find a vacuum, if needed.
