New Seabury ~ This private 2 story condo townhome is located at the end of a cul de sac in the Mews Area of New Seabury. It is the perfect summer getaway for you and your family! It offers an open & sunny floor plan, The entire unit has just been completely renovated with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, wine cooler, Smart TV, WIFI, and washer and dryer. The condo has central Air and sleeps 4 comfortably with the option for more guests on a queen sleep sofa in the living room. The first floor bedroom has two twin beds, large closet with a built in dresser. A full bathroom with a tub is across the hall. The second floor offers a master bedroom with a queen bed & a large full bath with walk-in shower and motorized skylight The master bedroom has a full closet with sliding mirrored doors, dresser, and 3 windows with room darkening shades for an afternoon nap or the option to sleep late. The living room has a 55" Smart TV with cable access, large overhead motorized skylight and a ceiling fan for the cooler evenings. The kitchen has ample storage for all the necessary cooking equipment which is provided preparing a great family meal. There are 2 bar stools for having a snack and a kitchen table with 4 chairs for seated dining. Two sliding glass doors one off the dining area and one off the Livingroom lead you to a private brick patio with a propane grill, lounge chairs, and a bistro table and chairs for all your summer cookouts. There is a side yard that can be used for outdoor play area. All linens, towels and beach towels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked kitchen with dishes, coffee pot and Keurig, toaster oven, paper towels, cooking utensils, soaps for laundry and dishwasher, grilling tools, and other kitchen essentials. To enjoy the beach, South Cape beach is less than 2 miles away or a Town of Mashpee parking pass is available upon request for an additional fee of $50 dollars a week. There are numerous walking trails and dunes to beaches in the Waquoit Bay Reserve. The location offers plenty of things to do! Just a quick 3-minute drive to the family friendly Popponesset Marketplace, home of the world-famous Raw Bar, as well as shops, mini-golf, bike rentals and a general family store. Also conveniently located just 8-10 minutes away to Mashpee Commons which has everything you need from 2 large grocery stores, several good restaurants, major brand clothing stores, movies and bowling. There is the option for a quick ride to Falmouth for shopping and ferries to the Martha' Vineyard for a day trip. No pets please. Seven-night minimum stay.
