Centrally located two-bedroom cottage located between the north and south side beaches. Dennis beaches are the most spectacular Beaches on the Cape (IMHO)! A 10–12-minute drive to a beach in either direction. Minutes from Exit 78A (old Exit 9A) exit off of Route 6. Fully stocked kitchen including a lobster pot.

Quiet neighborhood. Nice large yard for kids to play. Deck and screened gazebo have table and chairs for entertaining. Gas grill, cooler, beach chairs, sand toys, and portable highchair all for your use/enjoyment. Sit around the fire pit at night roasting marshmallows enjoying the breeze off of Kelly's Bay.

Only a short stroll to Kelly's Bay located on the Bass River which offering a small wading area where you can launch your paddle board, kayak or drop your fishing line in the calm waters. The neighborhood offers easy access to Patriot's Square and Ring Brother's Shopping Plazas. Stop & Shop, Dennis Movie Theater, Red Cottage Restaurant, Mini Golf and the John Kelly Recreation Area which is walking distance (located off of Old Bass River Road) which offers a playground, walking trails, baseball field, tennis & basketball courts.
New Bike Trail entrance located on Main Street in South Dennis, less than 5-minute bike ride from the cottage, near the Red Cottage Restaurant.
