Positive: I Liked the decoration, the apt has a good size, in general clean, the kitchen was complete, with keurig coffee maker and new pans, but I had to ask for the electric kettle ,the cleaning lady gave me one on the second day. I liked the view of the park on the front, but the window glasses were not clean...

Negative: The front window air conditioning , direct access from the street, had the side open , I was concern of my safety since it is a big opening and I saw some homeless people around the block. Also a problem for the heat and cold weather. The common area in the entrance hall had a mold smell , and since I am terribly allergic to it, I've tried to avoid that area. Fortunately no smell in the unit. The house has no street number, I had to guess if I was in the right house, also the code was not working, had to ask the manager , he had to add a new code.

Summary: Comfortable old house, good location.
