This charming two-bedroom cottage sits directly on Mackerel Cove. Waking up here you can enjoy a coffee while watching the sunrise on the lovely deck or walk down on the dock and sit as you listen to the sounds of lobster boats passing by, seagulls cawing in the distance, or even just the silence. Bring your boat and utilize the mooring available or rent kayaks and explore the waters right from the dock. In the evenings you can enjoy the sunsets after cooking a lovely meal with friends or family while smelling the salty sea air and feeling the wind blow all around you.
The inside of Steamboat Landing has an open living room and dining room area. This room has two walls of windows to enjoy breathtaking views. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook a nice meal and has an additional table for your dining needs. From the kitchen, you can walk directly out to the large deck that sits right over the water. There is also a full bathroom with a stand-up shower on the first floor.
Upstairs you will find a large primary bedroom with a king bed, a lovely sitting area, and wonderful views. There is also an additional bedroom with two twin beds.
This cottage is freshly painted, clean, and has hardwood floors throughout. All windows have darkening shades to help with the summer sun. The upstairs bedrooms also have additional curtains to block out the morning sun if wanted.
There is a third bedroom that is located in an outbuilding just across from the cottage's front door. This room offers a queen-size bed, a small sitting area, and a lovely deck. It is available to rent for the week for an additional $250. There is no bathroom in that bedroom, however, it is located just steps from the main house.
