Summer living at its Best! This narragansett vacation home has a spacious kitchen and living room. It has 3 bedrooms with queen size beds, with AC in the bedrooms. This home is across the street from bonnet shores Community and has public access point to Narrow River a short walk down the street . A large walkout deck to a big backyard with a fire pit. Has a gas grill for dinners. Short drive to Newport, and Historic Wickford Village. No smoking, pets, parties or Fireworks of any kind. No parking in the lawn. A great family vacation. Outdoor security cameras on front door overlooking driveway and side entrance. Your license will be required after the accepted booking. If police are called during the visit for loud noise or party your reservation will be canceled. We have a zero tolerance for breaking the house rules.
