The Nest is 2,000 square feet including a screened-in porch and accommodates 8 comfortably, 8 adults Max, extra 3 kids okay with a 11 max. The Nest is "upside down" with living space above with 2 bedrooms on the second floor and 2 bedrooms and the porch below. There is a newly landscaped back yard with patio, outdoor shower and BBQ area.
You can see the beach access from the front yard. You can easily walk to the beach. The nest is located across from Cape May Point State Park and near the Light House, Sunset Beach and the Bird Observatory and is only 2 1/2 miles to downtown Cape May.
Location, location, location. Enjoy the tranquility of Cape May Point and the exciting activities in downtown Cape May. Your family can enjoy the best of both worlds.
We have a one-week minimum and rent from Sunday to Sunday only in high season. Contact us for other seasonal rentals. Check in time is 2:30 pm and check out time is 10:30am. You are welcome to drop off your luggage in the back of the house or porch.
