Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The place is beautiful and good enough size for 2 people. Garden is well taken care of. It is surrounded by local houses and it gets quite noisy sometimes with loud music, construction works etc. Nevertheless, it is a nice villa in a very good neighborhood. It takes some time to reach the villa from the main road - to have a motorbike is advisable. Ketut and his wife, the house keepers, did everything to solve some of the issues - they were great and communications were good too.

Negative: There was a double booking of this villa - a big mess found out at the moment we were going to check-in. So we couldn't spend the first night at the villa and were offered a solution in a nearby hotel. Conditions were very different and we got the hassle to have to move things twice. There were some amenities that were probably used by the previous guest and only the boxes were left out empty - cleaning team did not check this out. We paid for 3 breakfasts and ended up only getting one. On the last day we had to leave at 6am and had to carry our luggage all the way to the main street - I had seek help before but it was said that it was too early for someone to come and help.
