New Queen size bed in 2022 along with new laminate flooring in the living areas. There is a washer and dryer for your use which comes in handy for those beach days. Jacobs Landing is centrally located in Birch Bay so you are within walking distance to restaurants, small corner store, C-shop and other Birch Bay businesses. Jacobs Landing also has an indoor pool, after all it is Washington State so you never know about the weather, an indoor hot tub and game room. All for your use while you enjoy your stay at this property. There is complimentary Wi-Fi for your stay as well. You will love this lower level view condo in a great location.
