Outside boasts 50-year-old gardens with a large 3,000 sq ft patio and a heated pool (April - October). On the property, there are mature apple trees, 3 outdoor fireplaces, and a koi pond. There is also a large, private, fenced in area that is perfect for pets. Across the road, an additional parcel of land & a private dock await with direct access to Fisher's Island Sound.

The office/library stands out with its fireplace and custom built-ins and can sleep 2 guests.
Upstairs, the primary suite impresses with built-ins, six closets, a full bath and a dressing area. Three additional bedrooms, each with cedar closets and two bathrooms complete the second floor. The upstairs floor can sleep 8 guests.
The finished lower level includes three recreation spaces with a pool table and TV area.
Additionally, there is a separate loft above the mudroom that can sleep 2 guests.
