Be one of the first to experience a newly remodeled home in the heart of Harwich Port with a new heated saltwater pool and brand-new pool house. The main house consists of a spacious sunroom facing the pool with dining for 10 and a lounge area. The updated kitchen, living room and additional dining room flow together to make up the core living area on the first floor. There is the primary King bedroom suite on the main level as well. Upstairs you'll find two additional bedrooms: one with a King bed and the other with 3 twin trundle beds.
You'll no doubt spend the majority of your time at the brand new heated gunite saltwater pool and expansive patio. The pool is 18x36 and includes a hot tub. Plenty of room for all! There's also ample lawn space for games. Don't forget about the brand-new pool house! The first floor has a kitchenette/ wet bar plus a full bath. Upstairs there's another sleeping area with a King bed plus a twin with a trundle.
You may not want to leave your private oasis, but Harwich Port Center is a 3–5-minute walk for outstanding dining, shopping and browsing. The beach isn't much further, Bank Street Beach is just over a half mile from the house. Don't forget about Harwich Port Golf, just a long Par 5 from the house.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $195.
