Summary: great fast response from manager in duty,appreciated.. we got HOT AC for hours, they given us new room.. which is better.. even we found small cocroach in bathroom.. connecting door they forgot to open in first room and take sometime to open,, lil drama.. cold breakfast , ...our first and last stay at grand tjokro.. need improvement of outdated rooms.. we booked 2 rooms
