Positive: This hotel staff go over and beyond for you! Definitely the best and friendliest service , I’ve had in a hotel!!

Negative: The roof top pool and bar is closed for renovations, we were never informed of this , even at hotel there are still advertising the rooftop bar and pool! There are no signs saying closed, should be informed on booking ! The standard room we originally booked definitely needs renovations !!
