* 36m2 inside +12m2 balcony +6m2 ensuite shower bathroom (shower, sink, toilet - sometimes problem hot water. we work on it try find solution)
* king size bed with mosquito net + solid wooden 120x200cm bunk bed
* 2pk airco but ceiling and standing fan(s) if not too hot but still like some additional breeze next the ocean breeze)
* smaller electronic safe, sitting corner double sofa + coffee table
* kettle for make warm/hot water coffee/tea/snack
* larger round table+chairs when like work on laptop
* table with 32" TV with usb/hdmi input + DVD
* all weather table+2 chairs on balcony
* distant ocean view - fully sunset orientated
* GOOD PRIVACY as has own staircase

we try DAILY make up beds + clean bathroom, rest depending need and number staff present (sorry if all staff sick/have ceremony + NEYPI day is no staff)
