Positive: The front desk staffs were friendly.

Negative: Because the air conditioner’s drainage isn’t working properly, the ceiling beneath it has developed mold. The bed sheets had many small holes (possibly caused by insects).

Summary: Some parts of the hotel room are in need of proper renovation.
