Cozy waterfront home with modern amenities for your stay. The main living space is an open concept kitchen/living dining space with sweeping views of the water. Large windows overlooking the pond provide breathtaking views of the water, sunsets and foliage. The living room is set up with a smart TV with access to Netflix. The home has 3 bed rooms: 1 large master bedroom with California King bed, 1 bedroom with twin over full bunkbed, and 1 bedroom with a queen size bed. Each bedroom boasts a view of the water. There are 2 full bathrooms (one with a tub and one with a walk-in shower) as well as washer/dryer. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, jacuzzi, parking, and more.

Guests also enjoy the hardscaped patio adjacent to the home with access to the gas grill. Inside the shed there are various water "toys" including tubes, floats and a paddle board. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor jacuzzi and the firepit by the water.

The pond is incredibly clean with clear water and, while it is sandy bottom, there are fresh water mussels that are eaten by the local otters and a rocky shore. Given this, we strongly encourage guests to bring and use water shoes when swimming in the pond. The pond is very serene and quite and, out of respect for our neighbors, no loud parties.

The home is easily accessible to local shopping including Walmart, BJs, and Hannaford's all within 10-15min drive and
only 35 minutes to the Portland area.

• Wallingford's Fruit House - The orchards at Wallingford's are a must offering a selections of fruit including applies, pears and peaches grown onsite. Wallingford's boasts a bakery, a shop with local goods (pickles, butters, jams), and a hard cider tasting room. If you are visiting with kids or want to satisfy your inner child, you can get lost in the corn maze, pick your own apples, visit the animals in the petting area and have fun in the pay area.
• Lost Valley Ski Area - a local mountain with a variety of 30 trails and 2 terrain parks. Most of Lost Valley’s trails are rated easiest and intermediate while challenging expert skiers with a few difficult trails. The Slopeside Grill Serves up pub style foods and the bar features many microbrews on draft and is also the home of Lost Valley Brewing Company.
• Mount Apatite - enjoy a hike and nature in this three hundred twenty-five acre wooded park with an extensive network of forested trails that link abandoned quarries, gleaming slag piles, steep ledges, and giant boulders. In the winter, the trail is groomed for cross country skiing and snow shoeing. In the spring, summer, and fall, the trails are open to mountain bikers, runners, and hikers.
