Bedrooms
Boasting three bedrooms with en-suite dispersed over two levels, each bedroom features a thatched roofing system overseeing the king-size bed with teakwood flooring panel below. The master suite on the upper floor has a large balcony with sea view. All bathrooms are opulent and equipped with a sunken jacuzzi, resort-style amenities as well as ample natural light. The two guest bedrooms on the ground floor open directly to the lush garden courtyard. All bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, and satellite TV.
Outdoor areas
One of the most irresistible areas is the expansive lawn area directly accessible from the lounge room and guest bedrooms. An outdoor pool features as the centrepiece, with one end of the pool extended right into the lounge room. Surrounding the garden walls is a plethora of greenery of every foliage and texture. On the far end of the garden stands a relaxing bale, perfect for lazing around with your favourite book on a beautiful day. You will often find house animals that may be in this place that you see every day such as lizards small mice and geckos or small insects such as ants and mosquitoes, and it's normal here and can be found everywhere on this Island. if you find those animals just inform our staff and our staff will chase away animals that are considered a nuisance.
**In case of any accidental damage in the villa, we’ll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the cost that guests will pay.
**We are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables. In case you misplace something in the villa, please let us know so we can look out for the item during the changeover and cleaning service.
* Please treat the villa and furniture as if you would need your own. The Villa is to be left in a condition equal to when the guests arrive. The guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, or their guests. Any breakages will be charged on a replacement value.
