The space
Built in 1973, I have owned this house for 5 yrs. It has a quaint traditional cape -cod charm and has been extremely well maintained & loved by my 3 daughters and me. We now live in the next neighborhood over should you need ANYTHING.
The 1st floor consists of a kitchen that is fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes, utensils, coffee pot, Keurig, toaster... There is also a dining area, a living room w/60inch TV & Roku, a bedroom w/Full size bed, and a full bath w/tub. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (one has king, one has queen.) The lower level has a 4th bedroom with a queen-sized bed, two common areas suitable to sleep additional guests (with a full-size bed and small futon.) There is a full bath with a stand-up shower, and laundry. This level has a walk out area to the yard and rock patio. The 3 levels total about 2400 sq ft. The beds all have fresh sheets, blankets, and towels. I also supply some bath and body works products but suggest you bring your own shampoo and personal toiletries. The Property is located in the "North end" of Narragansett (near Bonnett shores) it is a Neighborhood that is directly on the Narrow River. It consists of a mix of year-round and short-term rental properties. There are two driveways that fit up to four cars comfortably. (One is paved, the other is stone).
