Summary: Employees were very nice and accommodating. I had forgotten to ask for a ground floor. And the evening clerk found us one. My knees apprehended her. Thankfully the train is pretty quiet. Unlike my children’s childhood, we had Casey Jones blowing the whistle from one end of town to the other. So for us, the train was no issue. Check out was easy and the deposit was refunded. To be honest, if you’re paying with a credit card, there shouldn’t be a deposit. I can definitely recommend a deposit on cash.
