Beautifully renovated and superbly decorated, this home balances tasteful elegance and modern comfort. Exquisite stone patio opens to terraced steps leading to 130 feet of private, sandy beach on the Lagoon.
Beach Access! Extraordinary 137 feet of private, sandy beach on the Lagoon Pond just steps (48 steps to be precise) from your door. The Lagoon is warmer and calmer than the ocean, making it perfect for swimming (especially for little ones). Spending a day at South Beach, the Inkwell or Jaws Bridge is certainly not to be missed or minimized. But with a sandy beach and beautiful water just steps away, you can add in a morning dip or an afternoon paddle to your everyday routine. House includes two stand-up paddle boards, two single and one double kayak, boogie board, towable tube, clamming rake, beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys. Additional kayaks, paddle boards, small sailboats, windsurfing are rentable—delivered to the house or across the Lagoon.
Peaceful Lagoon View! Relax on the patio with a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. Enjoy glorious sunsets on the Lagoon with the Vineyard Sound in the distance while you listen to the sounds of the beach (seagulls and ferries) and breathe fresh sea air.
