This rental is perfect for multi-family and/or group vacations. There are a total of 13 separate beds and enough space to spread out. And three full baths, a 1/2 bath, plus an outdoor shower. Can fit three families of four comfortably. And the location will leave your car parked in the driveway for a true beach vacation.
First Floor:
Bedroom #1 - Queen bed, twin bunk beds (Total 3 beds); AC unit
Bedroom #2 - Queen bed, 1 twin bed (Total 2 beds); AC unit, TV
Both bedrooms share a full bath on the first floor; there is also a half bath on the first floor off the living room.
Second Floor:
Bedroom #3 - Master with queen bed and private full bath (1 bed); AC, TV
Bedroom #4 - Twin over Full bunk bed; two twin over twin bunk beds and a queen bed (Total 7 beds)
Seasonal: We rent weekly in the summer - Friday to Friday. $3,700 per week. There is an additional charge of $175 for laundry service.
Off-season (April, May, June, Sept, Oct): We rent 2 night minimum.

The large backyard is fenced in - great for children - and provides significant privacy. Backyard also has an outdoor deck with ocean views, as well as a covered patio area. Location is second-to-none in the Barnstable area. Veterans Beach & Lewis Bay are across the street with playground for children. Kalmus Beach, known for wind surfing, is a 1/3 of a mile walk from the house. Half a mile walk to Island Ferries & Hyannis Harbor and restaurants, ice cream shops, etc. About a mile from Main St. shopping area.
