Cozy home located in the heart of the Acadian fishing village, Petit de Grat .This charming old house is fully furnished and renovated with all modern appliances, barbeque and now a hot tub. The location includes beautiful harbour views. Come and enjoy our community by the sea and connect with nature by kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, cycling or hiking ,hunting,4-wheeling. some equipment available to guests upon request.
Also share our love of the 4 wheeler groomed trails that can be used year round .
Friendly landowners, Guy and Jennie live next door and are there to help you with any questions you may have. This property is a two-story home, you will have access to both the main level and the upstairs.
There will be a keyless lock pad on the door and I will email you the address and code before your arrival.

A car or bicycle is suggested for transportation. The local Petit de Grat marina is a 5-minute walk from the property, all boaters are welcome!
